Consider our comprehensive Engineer Training Program, a rotational assignment program that gives recent engineering graduates broad exposure to both CB&I’s operations and its technical experts.  A typical ETP experience consists of four, six-month rotations in a variety of job environments including, in some cases, international locations.

The Engineer Training Program (ETP) is a unique opportunity to test drive a variety of positions so you can determine the areas you would like to specialize in based on hands-on experience.  You may want to pursue a design engineering role, take a field assignment, move into project management, or join our business development team.  CB&I promotes continuing education and encourages advanced internal and external learning opportunities.
